At Lilac Love, all sales are final, and we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery, and we will gladly assist with a replacement or refund. No resolution will be provided for any issue reported after 5 days.
Refund Eligibility
UNBOXING VIDEO IS MANDATORY AS A PROOF FOR ANY CASE OF DAMAGE / INCORRECT/ MISSING PRODUCT
Refund and Exchange of any product is only possible under the following conditions and by replacement.
(1) Damage Product (2) Wrong Orders
DAMAGED PRODUCT We closely inspect every piece of merchandise that leaves our office. If you feel your merchandise is damaged, you must let us know within 5 working days of receipt of goods. A full account credit or replacement will be applicable for damaged products.
WRONG ORDERS If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please write to us with your order number and name, within 5 working days of receipt of goods. We shall ship the merchandise you requested for, as soon as we receive our wrongly sent merchandise in its original form and package.
Refunds will be approved based on the eligibility criteria mentioned above. Once approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method with in 5-7 business days.
